How to get started.

Participants must complete the online entry form. By completing the online entry form, you are agreeing to be notified by e-mail if you are the winner of the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail address. If multiple entries are received from the same person or e-mail address, only the first entry will be considered and all subsequent entries will be disqualified. All requested information on the entry form must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. Proof of entering information is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the unlikely event the Sponsor encounters technical or equipment failures such as telephone network lines failing, computer online systems failing, servers and/or provider services go down, or human error in connection with the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor and promoters will not be held responsible.

From time to time throughout the Promotion Period, Sponsor may offer additional “Bonus” entries for the completion of surveys. The number of Bonus entries available for any particular survey will be displayed when the survey is taken. Each time you participate in a Bonus survey you will receive the number of Bonus entries displayed into the prize drawing.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
