Prize Draw Rules.

Below are the rules that apply to all the prize draws that appear on the site. In addition to these rules there may be special terms & conditions which are relevant to individual prize draws, this will appear as a link on the relevant prize draw.

- MyOffers.co.uk is a UK site and unless otherwise stated all prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

- Only one entry per person per prize draw can be accepted in any one calendar month unless otherwise stated.

- Persons connected with MyOffers Ltd or any of the prize draw sponsors are ineligible.

- Winners will be selected at random by computer within five working days of the beginning of every calendar month and normally notified by email within 72 hours, except where stated in the individual prize draw special terms and conditions.

- Winners will be asked to confirm their postal address before winnings/prizes are dispatched. Winners will be included on the 'Winners page' following receipt of confirmation. Winners of major prizes may be required to supply a photograph for publication and or take part in further promotional activities.

- Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of each draw. Unclaimed prizes will be void.

- Void prizes may be included in the "Second Time Lucky" prize draw where users will be required to complete a short questionnaire to gain entry.

- All prizes are subject to availability should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted.

- By submitting information each visitor to MyOffers agrees to receive offers as stated in the Login and sponsored Prize Draws questionnaires. Such offers will be sent only by MyOffers, its sponsors or its clients.

- MyOffers is registered in accordance with the Data Protection Act and practices 100% opt-in permission marketing.

- Certain Prize Draws contain special terms. Please click on the icon at the bottom of the questionnaire for details.

- Prizes are as stated but in some circumstances a cash equivalent will be offered where stated in the individual prize draw special terms and conditions.

- Free Entry to Prize Draws. If you would like to enter our prize draws without registering with MyOffers.co.uk please write to :- Competition Entry, MyOffers.co.uk, 30 Buckingham Gate, London, SW1E 6NN, stating the competitions you wish to enter. Requests by letter must be received before the closing date of the competitions you wish to enter.

The only way you can be de-registered from MyOffers, is by de-registering yourself. Therefore you may have de-registered yourself inadvertently. If you would like to have your de-registration reversed, please click here and email us with details of your username and password. We will then re-activate your account, although this may take up to five working days.

To change your details/email address at MyOffers, you first need to logon using your current username and password. Once you have logged on, click on the My Account link located towards the top right corner of the screen, then click the Personal Info link. All of your personal information will be displayed. You can then update the relevant details.

There may be many reasons why you are unable to register with MyOffers. These include incompatibility with some Internet TV systems, the specification of your computer may not be suitable or there may be problems with your ISP or our server. Because there are so many reasons for the inability to register, we can only suggest that you may like to try to register at a later time.

We hope you never want to unsubscribe from MyOffers. However, if for any reason you want to unsubscribe, first log on, then click on the My Account link located towards the top right corner of the screen, then click on the De-register Me From MyOffers link at the bottom of the page, you will now be able to un-subscribed from MyOffers. As a result you will no longer be able to enter our prize draws and will not receive further communication from us.
