Neo Dates is a service for consenting adults to meet each other online.

No one under the age of 18 may use this website. If you are under 18, do not post a listing. By registering as a user of the Neo Dates site, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your membership, and failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership. From time to time, this agreement may be modified. If the modifications are significant, you will be notified via the email address you provide upon registering. Neo Dates is free to join as a restricted member.

Members create their own unique profile and our technology provides them matches based on what criteria they select. For the matches to be effective, we must ask for certain personal information. The information we gather cannot be used by the public, including visitors, other members, or anyone not employed by Vortal Group, Inc. or the financial institutions used to process membership charges, to identify specific individuals.

Our membership-based service operates on two primary levels, free and fee-based. We collect credit card, address, or bank information only from those who choose to join the service at the paid subscription level.

There are two types of information that NeoDates collects. One, information users submit to us and two, information not directly submitted by users.

The user information submitted to Neo Dates is separated into two categories: Public and Personal. The Public information is the personal information that may be displayed on the site, such as gender, age and height, but cannot be linked to a particular user. The Personal information is the user's email address and credit card information.

User Information that's Public:
To facilitate accurate and well-made matches, we must gather personal information, which may or may not include: a Neo Dates username, gender, age, ethnicity, appearance, religion, and other types of descriptive information along these lines. Most of this information is optional, and meant to be seen by members and visitors to the site but cannot be used to identify a specific member by name, address, or other criteria.

User Information that's Personal:
Personal information is the user's email address, and credit card or other payment information which could include first name, last name, birthdate, credit card number or checking account information for payment, a user-specified password, mailing address, zip code and telephone number.

All participation in our surveys is voluntary and is never associated with a specific user.

User information that's Public: All public information supplied by the user is intended to be viewed by visitors to the site. Visitors use this information for searching and matching purposes. A user's public information cannot be used to identify a specific member by name, address, or other criteria.

User information that's Personal: User's email addresses submitted by members are primarily used to verify registration and when forwarding anonymous e-mails from other users. Users' email addresses are not disclosed to the responder. Vortal Group also uses a user's email address to send news and updates of functionality of Neo Dates. The user may choose not to receive email of this type by contacting us at support@neodates.com.

Vortal Group, Inc. may also use user's email addresses for Personal correspondence with the user for customer service issues. User Financial information collected by Neo Dates is used to bill the user for products and services. Any other Personal information submitted by the user is confidential and will not be disclosed except as required by law or to protect members of Neo Dates. All of user's Personal information can be updated or deleted by the user at any time. Vortal Group, Inc. may also use user's email addresses to deliver special offers on any of Vortal Group, Inc.'s sites. Any such email will have clear opt out instructions, so the user will have the choice not to receive future offers.

Vortal Group, Inc. does not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of your Personal information to any outside parties, except to the financial institution that processes your credit card or check transaction unless required by law or for the protection of your membership. It is the policy of NeoDates to cooperate with all law enforcement investigations, which includes disclosing all user info, both public and Personal, to any law enforcement agency.
