"Tickets Now" was created to be the best online site in the Ticket Broker industry providing the finest customer service available and an informative web site. The Internet is still very young and we believe that it has a strong future. The changes that will take place in the next few years on the Internet will change our whole way of life. "Tickets Now" will change as the Internet does to provide you with a lasting relationship. Our aim is to provide you with as much detailed information as you need or want in order to help you make informed decisions regarding how your money is best spent on entertainment. "Tickets Now" is a creation of The VIP Tour Company. We first opened for business in Woodstock, Illinois in January 1992. We continue to grow, now in our fourth location (currently in Crystal Lake), we have become known nationally as the source for preferred seating to any major event. We are founding members of the National Association of Ticket Brokers (NATB). The NATB was created to promote the highest level of ethics in the marketplace. Our president has also served on the board of directors of the NATB. By purchasing from a member of the NATB you are assured that we will follow their adopted code of ethics. We also are founding members of the Illinois chapter of the Texas Ticket Brokers Association (TTBA). Members of the TTBA collectively provide additional consumer protection and maintain the highest level of ethics. The office of the Illinois Secretary of State licenses us. Our current license number is 99-021. We are required to renew our license every year and also must post a $100,000 cash bond to provide for consumer protection. Our cash bond is on deposit collectively through the members of the TTBA. We are also members of the Better Business Bureau of Chicago and Northern Illinois. We invite you to check our references with them.

For you and all members of your company. "Tickets Now" offers a Corporate Purchase Plan for medium to large size companies. You can also extend the benefits to your employees for their purchases if you choose.

For your company: We would be happy to offer you a special entry method that will automatically calculate your special negotiated rate every time you place an order through that special link.

For your employees: If you would like to offer your employees a discount as a benefit of working for your company we would be happy to extend a courtesy on your behalf and provide them with a special entry method that will automatically calculate your negotiated rate for them.

If you wish to sell us tickets they must be in your possession, and be able to be shipped to us within 24 hours. If you have season tickets or are expecting tickets for an event, we can let you know if we may be interested in those tickets, however we will not speculate on a price. Prices change daily and we will only agree to buy your tickets once they are in hand. We ask that all ticket sellers realize that "Tickets Now", like any business, buys at a wholesale price and tries to sell at a retail price. If you wish to sell your tickets and alleviate yourself from all of the financial risk, the price we would purchase the tickets for outright is usually between 50% and 75% of the asking retail price, if we feel we can sell your tickets. If we have too many tickets in stock, we may not be interested in your tickets at all even if they are below face value.

Shipping Policies.

"Tickets Now" requires a signature on all deliveries. Therefore all deliveries are made using an express courier service. We do not allow any reroutes on the package. The courier must deliver it to the address on the package. They can not deliver it to any other address. If you have any specific delivery requirements please make those arrangements when you place the order. Tickets are normally sent to your credit card billing address. The Billing Address will be verified with your credit card company so you must use the exact address that your statements are sent. Should you require that the order be shipped to an alternate address we will require faxed authorization from you. This includes a signed copy of the invoice along with legible copies of your driver's license and the credit card that was used. This is done to protect both of us against fraudulent use. The tickets will be delivered using the best method. If possible we will inform you of the courier and when to expect delivery when the order is confirmed.

Q: What is a "Broker"?
A: A Broker is defined as "One hired for a fee to negotiate purchases, contracts, or sales". A ticket broker does just that. There are people that want to sell their tickets and there are also people that want to buy those same tickets. There are 2 ways that a broker can do this. The broker can buy the tickets outright from the seller and hope that they can sell them. If the market drops or the tickets don't get sold the broker incurs the loss. The second way is the broker could take the tickets from the seller on consignment and keep a fee if they are sold. Either way a ticket broker puts the buyers and the sellers together for a fee.

Q: Why are the tickets above face value?
A: Tickets are being sold at "Market Price". This means that the ticket brokers are also buying them at well above face value. Basically if someone is selling their tickets to a major event, they generally want to sell them for what they are worth. The majority of the price of the ticket is usually the cost for obtaining them. Then there are general business expenses added to the cost of the tickets.

Q: How do we know that the tickets are genuine tickets?
A: By purchasing from a licensed ticket broker you can be assured that we have taken the necessary precautions to guarantee that they are genuine. We verify all of our sources for tickets and only buy from those that are reliable.

Q: Isn't it true that if it was not for all the ticket brokers that buy the tickets that there would be plenty of seats for the fans?
A: No. Ticket brokers generally have a very small percentage of seats to any event and it does not affect availability at all. Most shows that are sold out would not even come close to having enough seats for all the fans wanting to attend.

Q: Don't ticket brokers purchase large blocks of tickets that are never offered to the public?
A: No. Most performers and sports teams assure that this does not happen. Promoters make sure that the tickets are not sold in advance and impose limits when they go on sale so that one person can not buy a large block. The tickets that brokers have available are usually purchased at the general public on sale a couple of seats at a time.

Q: Isn't it illegal to sell for more than face value?
A: No. It does generally require a license and set of standards to follow. In Illinois where we are licensed it also requires a $100,000 cash bond for consumer protection to be held either privately or through an association. By purchasing through a licensed ticket broker you can be assured that you are dealing with a reputable broker. We are licensed to sell in 98% of the markets and will notify you if we can not. All transactions that we handle meet all state and local provisions
